Rules and Regulations of the Handicap Hero Sports Academy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chapter I. General Provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. The Handicap Hero Sports Academy, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAcademy\u201d, operates within the structure of the Handicap Hero Foundation, with its registered office in Pozna\u0144.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Academy operates on the basis of:\n
      \n
    1. Statutu Fundacji Handicap Hero z dnia 31.10.2025 r.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. the Regulations of the Handicap Hero Foundation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. these Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The Academy conducts sports, rehabilitation, educational, and integration activities in accordance with the Foundation\u2019s statutory objectives in the field of sports and social activation of persons with disabilities, children, young people, adults, and seniors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The Academy may conduct non-profit public benefit activities, paid public benefit activities, as well as business activities within the scope specified in the Foundation\u2019s Statute.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Chapter II. Objectives of the Academy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. The objectives of the Academy include, in particular:\n
          \n
        • the development of sports, rehabilitation, and recreational activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • supporting the physical and mental development of participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • organizing sports training and physical activity classes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • social integration through sport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • cooperation with clubs, schools, and institutions supporting physical activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • preparing athletes to participate in regional, national, and international competitions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • organizing sports, integration, and educational events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Chapter III. Management of the Academy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. The governing body of the Academy is the Management Board of the Handicap Hero Foundation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. The following persons are jointly responsible for the operation of the Academy:\n
              \n
            • President of the Management Board \u2013 Jacek Ucha\u0144ski;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Vice-President of the Management Board \u2013 Aneta Kaczmarek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The joint responsibilities of the President and the Vice-President with regard to the Academy include:\n
                \n
              • planning and coordinating the Academy\u2019s activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • setting training schedules and sports event timetables;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • supervising the safety of participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • maintaining contact with parents, guardians, coaches, and partners;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • maintaining contact with sponsors and supporting entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • recruiting coaches, instructors, and volunteers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • initiating rehabilitation and integration projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • promoting the Academy in the media and on social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Chapter IV. Participation in the Academy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                1. Participants in the Academy may be persons of any age, both persons with disabilities and able-bodied persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. The conditions for participation are as follows: \n
                    \n
                  1. enrollment in the program;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. acceptance of these Regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. completion of the registration documentation, including a health questionnaire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. compliance with the instructions of coaches and instructors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  5. in the case of minors, the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  6. The Foundation may charge fees for participation in the classes if the classes are conducted as paid public benefit activity or as business activity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Chapter V. Rules for Organizing Classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. Classes are conducted in accordance with the published schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Participants are required to:\n
                        \n
                      1. be punctual and actively participate in training sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. follow the instructions of the coaches;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      3. take care of sports equipment and maintain order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      4. show respect to other participants and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      5. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, the Organizer may:\n
                          \n
                        1. issue a warning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        2. suspend the participant;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        3. remove the participant from the program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Chapter VI. Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          1. Each participant is required to report any health issues to the instructor before the class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          2. The Academy shall not be liable for the consequences of concealing health-related information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          3. Participants shall use sports equipment in accordance with the coach\u2019s instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          4. The Organizer provides instructor supervision and first aid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            Chapter VII. Personal Data Protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            1. Participants\u2019 personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Foundation\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            2. Each participant has the right to access their personal data, have it rectified, and withdraw their consent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                              Chapter VIII. Final Provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              1. These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their approval by the Foundation\u2019s Management Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              2. These Regulations may be amended by a resolution of the Management Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              3. In matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of law and the Foundation\u2019s Statute shall apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
